Megan is the oldest of three sisters and raised in Martinez California by an Italian mom and Portuguese dad. As the oldest daughter, she was a “cut-up” early in her development, entertaining her sisters, and keeping her parents, relatives, and friends laughing. During her high school years, at Alhambra High School, she was voted Class Clown by her peers. Megan continued on to Western Carrier College, where she studied veterinary science and became a Registered Veterinary Technician. She worked in a small animal practice for 6 years, then decided to leave small animal medicine to start her own equestrian business—Teaching riding lessons. In 2011 she and her husband Brian launched Happy Trails Riding Academy and recently began contributing to pilot productions for Horse Habit TV. To date Megan has grown the family’s equestrian business to be one of the biggest and best riding academies in the area. In her spare time Megan (obviously) enjoys riding horses, hiking, camping, fishing, traveling with her family, (and pursuing a new side career in stand-up comedy).
